took me 50 mins wait time. She said there was no options but suggested me to call again closer to the departure date. I see Air Canada has now put South Korea and Italy to their Coronavirus list and agreed to free reschedule the tickets by June 15. Maybe they will put Japan to the list eventually.
加航把日本放在goodwill policy List上了，可以免费改一次。如果还去日本需要在6.15前去，我还是担心，所以改了目的地，春假去个加勒比海小岛。
Mine was nonrefundable. Check your air line's website everyday, maybe it has updates

The problem of Japan is they don't test everyone... so the cases should be much more if they use a "south Korea" standard

My plan was going to Hokkaido. I was happy as it has only 2 cases for a long time... until recently (sad).... I can change to other cities, but all flights will land on Tokyo first....

If i were Japan, i will do every thing i can do now to ensure the virus vanish by the end of May. I am surprised they are delaying the actions they would have done much earlier.
