You have to provide with copy of your Canadian passport with CHINA entry/exit stamps to cruise line to qualify for refund. Date is also essential to get refund. You cannot just tell that I knew somebody just came back from Iran.

Cruise line said NO, no way to get credit for further bookings. They thought Caribbean area is safe till today.

That's only applied for newly booked tickets, one time free change. For the tickets that booked before Mar 2020. If non-refundable. Keep the same.
