新手房东请教大家，房客是本地白人，9月1日租约开始，但他通知电和汽公司9月4日转到他名下，告诉我他希望9月2日拿钥匙，但9月4 日搬家。我的理解是拿钥匙当天水电汽应该转到他帐下，不明白房客这么算计，如果我不和他计较，这两天水电汽都在我名下，会有什么责任吗？我多交两天费用？谢谢大家！

我给他们几天时间搬家，合同其中一条是这样写的：
Notwithstanding that the term of this Lease commences on September 1, 2020, the Tenant is entitled to possession of the Property on September 1, 2020. The landlord agrees that Tenant starts to move belongings on Aug 29, 2020 and the Tenant must hook up XXXX and XXXX to tenant’s account on September 1, 2020.
