Ask direct supervisor to convert unused hours to money and stay on job for 2 more weeks. So you get paid for 4 weeks when you actually leave.

I actually would try to stay on job for 1 week, get paid for 3 then leave. But it all depends on the relationship.

Check your employment contract about holidays rollover or forfeit. If there are none useful for you, if the supervisor says not to pay, try to negotiate for 1 week holiday pay and get out of there.
