Senior Support Engineer (Toronto)
As a senior support engineer you will be responsible for helping Prinova’s messagepoint customers be successful. As a perfect candidate, you love sinking your teeth into tough problems and are known for your excellent troubleshooting skills. You pride yourself in being able to figure out the right software, process and people in the name of finding solutions and solving problems. You are able track of multiple issues at a time and set appropriate expectations internally and externally.
With your 5+ years of experience in support, post secondary education you have a strong background that demonstrates your ability to identify, troubleshoot, escalate and resolve system and application issues. You tune production software application parameters to assure effective and efficient operation of products. For the most part you suggest processes and tools that would help serve customers more effectively, while you lead root cause analysis of systemic field issues. In the end you effectively discern system/application issue impacts and communicate to the product team during your daily dealings with product management, engineering and operation teams on enhancements to aid in support, availability and performance of systems.
