Thursday, January 13, 2022, the Supreme Court blocked the OSHA COVID emergency temporary standard (ETS) from going into effect. (The company) had been preparing to implement an on-site COVID testing protocol to efficiently support compliance with the ETS. However, due to the Supreme Court's action, the on-site COVID testing protocol is no longer required. (The company) is stopping all activity related to the ETS testing provisions.
