    • 雇主我没告过。客户倒是告过几回。LOL。有经过 Trial 的,多数是庭下和解。主要看手里资料有多强。有时候找律师,有时候自己告。Personal 的 case 都是自己告,有时候赢,有时候输。每个都挺好玩。 +1

        • 我告 American airline,在 depp 玩的同一个 court house。LOL。我要了 $900,AA 不 settle。我带娃当 witness。AA 必须请律师,大概得花 5000 左右吧。还得把 company rep 从 taxes 飞到 Virginia。我输了,但是 I had a good time。judge 说尽管我没赢,但是很厉害了。

            • 你输了不需要赔偿对方律师费吗? 不知道为什么我一直以为输的一方要赔偿赢的一方的律师费
              • It depends on judge rulings on whether prevailing party to be awarded with attorney fees. Often times cases get dismissed.

            自己在工作场所被解雇了,一定要找律师,律师没有胜算不会接案件的.

            这钱吧,我们个人出面是要不回来的,人家律师是有办法的,这是人家的饭碗.

          • 人是公司、常年雇个法务,没你告他闲的没事事、白拿工资,你去告了正好证明这个职位存在的意义、也是创造就业。双赢。

    • 有个同事生皮肤病,经理看着不喜,纠纷,后来和解,赔了多少同事说保密协议不能说。
