我告 American airline，在 depp 玩的同一个 court house。LOL。我要了 $900，AA 不 settle。我带娃当 witness。AA 必须请律师，大概得花 5000 左右吧。还得把 company rep 从 taxes 飞到 Virginia。我输了，但是 I had a good time。judge 说尽管我没赢，但是很厉害了。

It depends on judge rulings on whether prevailing party to be awarded with attorney fees. Often times cases get dismissed.
