电动冲浪板，最近几年价格降低很多，欧美要一两万美金，现在国内产的碳纤维电池驱动的大约三万多人民币，充一次电四十分钟，很容易上手，但是加拿大还是非法的被水警抓到一次罚三百加币，只能找没人的水域玩。也有汽油但是噪音污染大，四万人民币。等再攒点钱走私过来一台玩玩。

可以带上飞机，没有氧气就是普通打气泵把空气高压进气瓶，可以到古巴墨西哥业余潜水，十分钟没问题。也有是电动泵，用电源打气更好些。

1, if you go further than 2 metres below the surface, your ears will not hold it long without pressure equalization.
2, Regular scuba diving relies on equipments to control buoyancy. But for this simple toy, the user has to be very good at swimming and free diving. When under water, pressure makes the lungs shrink so it's more likely to sink.

Canada:

Let’s start with one of the few countries worldwide which have currently banned eSurfboards. eFoils are so far illegal in Canada due to a Transport Canada regulation prohibiting propeller driven surfboards. You could probably argue that Jetboards using an impeller are not impacted and according to some of the users Jetboards seem not included in this ban:

Transport Canada which is equivalent to US Coastguard just confirmed all efoils with a propeller open or ducted are banned in Canada because of safety. $300+ fine every-time you are caught using one. Jet surfboard and the Jet eFoil are allowed.
