我们全家刚刚长登温哥华，上次短登的时候只办理了枫叶卡和SIN卡，这次开始申请医疗保险和牛奶金。在牛奶金填写说明中提到“Does your application include a period that started more than 11 months ago?"说明解释说如果申请包括11个月以前的牛奶金要提交如下文件的复印件：
Proof of citizenship status or immigration status
Proof that you resided in Canada, such as lease or rent receipt, utility bills, bank statements
Proof that you were the person who is primarily responsible for the child. Include but not limited to a signed statement from a school, daycare or nursery, a medical professional, or a lawyer.
第一条还好说，这第二条由于我们是短登再长登，所以没有近11个月的租房收据，只有当时短登时开的银行账户，不知是否可以？
第三条就更麻烦了，由于我家小孩一直由爷爷奶奶带，还未上幼儿园，所以无法开类似的证明。

不知其他短登再长登的TZ是怎么申请牛奶金的，或者哪位知道如何解决请告诉一下，多谢！
