Experience & Educational Requirements:
2-3 years sales or FAE "design-in" experience in an OEM/ODM environment in the electronics technology sector.
Prior Program or project management experience preferred
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong technical skills-Undergraduate degree preferred
Specific Skills/Knowledge:
good understanding of general OEM customer/supplier relationship engagement practices from business and technical perspective
basic understanding of hardware/software/manufacturing quality concepts as applying to computer related products
strong planning/organizational/time management skills
must have demonstrated a very pro-active customer focused orientation (in prior positions)
ability to speak Mandarin Chinese (to communicate with Far East Customers) is a desirable asset
Occasional travel to Far East or USA locations
Strong verbal and written communication skills to influence and interact with external customers
Mature interpersonal skills to build relationships with external customers and internal working groups
Presentation skills
