The problem is, most applicants are over quolify, they have too much experience to be a junior. So, you can imaging, the salary must be low, do u still want to try?

I've no idea how you can make your resume to be a good candidate to be a junior. Whatever, try it. Don't write you know everything. It's no good for you to apply this position. We also hire senior positon, but lots of people apply for that and competition is very hard. So, before you send mail, think clearly which one you want.
