My understanding is APEGGA & P.ENG is same thing,APEGGA is like PEO in Ontario, but anyway, asking P.ENG or eligiable as P.ENG when hire somebody is NOT a usual practice for employment, and to some degree,it's waird

probably his company is very strcit to the cadidate's education backgroud, like mine, every position requires university degree.
