Yes! It's tilapia. But you may be surprised that it's with sauerkraut, a type of German pickled cabbage. And it tastes so right with the fatty fish!

For some reason I suddenly wanted to make 粿条(rice noodle), so I made rice puree using my blender. Then I realised that I didn't have a huge steamer to make the product thin, so it turned out to be 粿汁 (rice paste). Haha.
