  • MEC stuff is really over-priced! -sailor(Ocean & Mountain); 2019-9-16 {673} (#5705@4096)

    I just bought it from MEC today.  It appears really cheap!  But the price is $50 before tax.

    Then I found this one from Amazon.ca: 

    Gonex Lightweight Packable Backpack Hiking Daypack for Climbing, Cycling, Travelling Upgraded Version 30L.

    You know what?  It's only $21!

      thicker, and stronger. I like the style of Gonex one better. Sometimes different brands/styles/materials are not comparable until you have used both of them. Get what you like and what you need are the key points. Wish you a very happy new journey!😄

    • Received the one from Amazon. The exterior layer is a bit thinner, but still acceptable. There're many more features. Overall it's way better than the MEC one. -sailor(Ocean & Mountain); 2019-9-21 (#5733@4096)
