I don't think it's a good idea to buy calls here. The problem is you cannot correct your mistakes if you are wrong. Nobody cam tell you when MSFT will come back to YHOO.

I buy stocks for weekend. Usually A&M news come at weekend. If nothing happens this weekend, I will dump my stcoks next Monday to free my trading capital.
You need to think again and again when you buy calls and puts. If MSFT does not counter-offer immediately, you calls will be losing value day by day.

I had a look again. Next month's $32.5 call costs only $.48. It is not very expensive. It seems worthwhile a try.

i meant the 35 or 32.5 call for March. if I bought 20 March 35calls, it just costs me no more than 300 dollars.
