i got CAJ.VN yesterday .195 30k shares. could easily sell today .26 or above. this stupid bastard took me 30 minutes waiting to sell shares. have to dump it .24. thus I lost at least 600 profit on this trade.

i have been using TD active trader plus more than half a year. some time its level2 will have some problem but i never had the bad experience that can't sell shares. so damn.

Is is good you can check over-night orders and pre-market orders (bid, ask) between 8:00am -9:29 am.
So You can input order to grib some of them before 9:30 (hope be filled on 9:30, quicker than others)
Show them evidence that you were watching real-time data and the price. To tell you the truth, they may have done this intentionally. They may not execute trade in the best interest of small clients to take care of big clients.
