i am not sure which ind. cat it should fall into. i am thinking it belongs to Agricultural Chemicals. If so, industry P/E ave value = 21.50, HF.to is lit bit higher than it. Its ROE is only 9.54% end of 06(3 yrs ave11.07%, ave industrial ROE is 19.7% :(
