      1。如果能够站在5.1以上，可以买入，目标位8左右。9月15前出货。个人观点，仅供参考，后果自负。
      2。技术上看该股面临一个突破. $5应该是它的布林线上轨，只要能站稳可以持股观察，如果跌破要很快的出手；另外，MACD线也有上穿的迹象，建议继续观察成交量，现在该股的成交量跟52周的平均量比还显不足。

        Double or better,
        CPSL is undervalued and is a great china steel company just like GSI , SUTR , and SDTH
        CPSL 's share price will stablize sooner or later jst like GSI did when it first started trading.
        GSI was at $5-$6 a share for the most part of last year and is now $13+
        I wished I would have loaded up more on GSI when it was $5-$6 , CPSL will do the same as GSI in due time, that is that the company's value will reflect in the share price..
        Beleive it or not , but just take a look at GSI's chart over the last year and compare it to CPSL
        CPSL will reflect its true value in the share price sooner or later, and I think its much sooner than later.
        The stock price is very undervalued at this time!!
