This is my rule. I do not touch risky stocks. For ETF, if you make mistake, you maybe caught in the trap for a few weeks, then you can get out. But for stocks, it is a black hole.

Nothing strange. Dow and S&P 500 went up because people thought debts of FRE and FNM are safe now. And financial company's are biggest holder of these debts.

Now they began to realize that these banks are also the biggest holder of the stocks of FRE and FNM. Citi Bank has $1.5 billion on both companies. It is toasted.
But NASDAQ-100 has nothing to do with finance.
