        又有舆论谴责SHORTS造谣惑众，加剧了金融动荡。纽约养老基金宣布不再借出19种股票。美国有律师准备起诉NAKED SHORTS的欺诈行为(不提供交易的SHARES)。所有这些，都从根本上打击了SHORTS的士气。

        现在，FED打算这样做了。

        这些零星得现象联合起来，为了一个目的，DOW， GO UP。
