Job Role & Responsibility • Understand defect/issue management process
• Coordinate incidents, problems and changes
• Solve incidents, service requests and perform administrative system tasks
• User Access administration
• Escalate complex issues to 3rd line external team
• Test and deploy new release of the applications
• Proactive work in order to minimize the risk of future incidents and complaints
• Able to work on a shift to cover European time zone
