like company code, cost center, payroll posting and so on. Actually, HR is quite standalone module. I also did not hear any thing from other groups about HR’s request on Wed meeting.
I don't know. I attended some HR training classes delivered by SAP directly. But the courses were quite expensive. It may not be cost effective for the individual who will pay the training fee personally. As alternative,

you can learn from books and other experienced people by asking questions, discussing the business cases/solution and so on. Learning from others is the one of the best ways to gain the knowledge.
I was take some private college which focus on the SAP training, I don't think it's too hard for the entry level. however, if you want to the higher level, it's pretty difficult, not only on tech side, but also on business side.
