      JOB TITLE: SAP ABAP Developer

      The candidate will be involved in all aspects of the software product life cycle including requirements, analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation, maintenance and documentation with emphasis on software development. Strong communication skills are required. The successful candidate will possess good SAP ABAP/ALE/IDOC/EDI knowledge and problem-solving skills, be highly motivated and be a quick learner, have the ability to draw upon professional experience and share knowledge, and possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

      Job Description:
      Assists in defining technical requirements for on-going systems maintenance and future functionality. Provides technical support to users on matters related to the programming of SAP modules. Prepares comprehensive and thorough technical program documentation including specifications, test conditions, test plans, test data, etc.
      Maintains effective and cooperative working relationships with process owners.
      Performs related duties as assigned.
      Interfaces with business analysts to ensure the proper integration of business processes and procedures to information technology.

      KNOWLEDGE OF:
      SAP ABAP Programming Tools including Report and Transaction creation, Interfaces, Enhancements, Conversion Programs, SAPscript, and Smart Forms
      Application of OSS notes
      SAP ASAP methodology
      Principles and techniques of systems analysis, design and testing
      Principles of program documentation
      Principles of report, screen, and form design

      ABILITY TO:
      Develop and code programs to meet functionality for SAP modules
      Develop test data and analyze problems in programs
      Recognize the critical elements of application problems, develop and evaluate data, determine solutions, and make logical recommendations
      Express difficult and complex concepts clearly and concisely both orally and in writing
      Write clear and logical program documentation
      Work effectively and independently on assigned projects
      Creates specialized reports for SAP modules using ABAP programming language.
      Troubleshoots and corrects SAP module problems by using ABAP programming language to implement OSS notes. Modifies system screens to provide default values and eliminate unnecessary fields using transaction variants.

      Resources should have at least 5 years overall related experience. currently seeking a SAP BI Training Material Developer Specialist with HR/Payroll or Finance background. The main responsibilities will be the development of the training material and provide training to Business users communities.

      Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, creating training material which meet learning objectives and business purposes, building, testing and providing training.

      Requirements - 2 years minimum related to the responsibilities area in HR/Payroll or Finance - Experience working on large scale ERP implementation.

      Knowledge required - SAP BI 7.0 – mainly front-end - Knowledge in SAP Business Object Web intelligence will be a significant differentiator - Experience in Finance and/or HR related to business intelligence will be a plus - Advanced knowledge of instructional design theory, principles, and practice.

      Role: SAP Payroll Specialist

      * Must have experience: Prefer SAP HR Certified Consultants
      * Familiar with running of payroll for multiple frequencies for Canada
      * Conversant with configuration of Wage types & processing classes
      * Should be very well versed in taxes for Canadian payroll – mandatory skill
      * Experience with integration of benefits to payroll
      * Conversant with Integration of payroll to FI
      * Should have worked with Arrears and year end processing
      * Should have worked with Off cycle processing
      * Excellent knowledge of Third party posting and remittances
      * Should be familiar with statutory reporting needs and accruals
      * Very strong on PCRs and Schemas. Should have worked extensively with personnel calculation rules – (Pl do not submit resumes without this )
      * Familiarity with Personnel Administration – understanding enterprise and Personnel structures


      Role: SAP HR Specialist (OM/PA)

      * Must have experience: Should be conversant with setting up Personnel , Enterprises and Organization Structures
      * Strong knowledge of configuring Actions, dynamic action
      * Maintenance of Payscale areas, types and structures
      * Conversant with customizing User interfaces for menus and infotypes
      * Configuration of features related to Personnel administration
      * Strong knowledge on Objects in OM like Org Units, Position, Jobs, Work Centers
      * Good understanding of relationships between objects and Time constraints Classes
      * Good knowledge of configuring evaluation paths
      * Knowledge of maintaining several versions and significance of number ranges


      Role: SAP HR Pay Lead (Time Management)

      * Must have experience: Prefer SAP HR certified consultants
      * 5 – 7 yrs of experience in Time Management implementation
      * Should have worked on setting up Holiday calendars, Work Schedules, Work schedule rules
      * Must have worked with CATS and interfacing of other time systems to SAP
      * Should have worked on setting up and maintenance of Quotas for absences and attendances.
      * Should be conversant with positive and negative time recording
      * Should be very conversant with PCR and writing custom PCRs and modifying Schemas
      * Should have worked extensively on Time Wage type generation rules, processing types and managing of Time types.
      * Should be comfortable with all time management related features
      * Familiarity with Personnel Administration – understanding enterprise and Personnel structures
