I just created a Google Shared Document for meeting minutes. It is empty for now but you, especially those who do not have gmail accounts, can check whether you have access to it.

For those who are not familar with google shared document, you can get some hands on as well. Use the sheet labelled with 'try this document out' if you are curious about editing such a document.

It is not handy as Google doc, but it offers a single point role-based access to infomration, and may save us lots of hassle in the long run. Besides portal management could be another valuable learning experience, and marketable skill.
technically it's not hard, and I can even help to setup the SAP Trex, KM and collaboration...But keep in mind while system gets damaged/re-installed, everything is GONE. Also we have no HD to do the backups.
