  • I just created a Google Shared Document for meeting minutes. It is empty for now but you, especially those who do not have gmail accounts, can check whether you have access to it.
    For those who are not familar with google shared document, you can get some hands on as well. Use the sheet labelled with 'try this document out' if you are curious about editing such a document.

    Let me know if you have any problem with this document.

    I will let you know when the minutes is done.
    • 888, I just noticed there is a calendar in gmail account that could be shared to public.
      • OK, this calendar is shared worldwide. Let me know if anyone has any problem accessing it. Later when we have a list of stable team members, I will share it only within the group.
        • I tried it out. Check whether the calendar was modified .
          • I did not find any change. What did I do wrong? Can you create one and share it out? I want to know how it looks like.when I see a shared calendar.

        • 2. There was a discussion about selection of projects. Can someone summarize what was discussed, what was excluded, and what was determined or selected and why?

    • May I suggest to use SAP NetWeaver Portal to manage the document and project collaboration?
      It is not handy as Google doc, but it offers a single point role-based access to infomration, and may save us lots of hassle in the long run. Besides portal management could be another valuable learning experience, and marketable skill.
      • technically it's not hard, and I can even help to setup the SAP Trex, KM and collaboration...But keep in mind while system gets damaged/re-installed, everything is GONE. Also we have no HD to do the backups.
