With profound sadness we advise you that our dear friend, Mr. Gary (Xiaolin) Zuo, passed away suddenly on Friday, October 16, 2015, at a prime age of 50.

The funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th to say our final farewell to Gary and to celebrate his life.

Visitation will start at 11:00am and funeral service will start at 12:30pm, both of which will be held at Heritage Funeral Centre in Toronto (50 Overlea Blvd., near Don Mills and Eglinton). It is expected to leave Heritage Funeral Centre at 1:30pm to proceed to Elgin Mills Cemetery - Section 29 (1591 Elgin Mills E. Richmond Hill, near Elgin Mills and Leslie) via DVP.

While no word can express our extreme sadness for the loss of our dear friend, we cannot even begin to fathom the extreme pains that Gary's wife (Vivian Wei Wang) and their three young kids are going through for the sudden loss of their beloved husband/dad! We hope that any support (comfort, time) we can provide might help to reduce the pains. A support group on WeChat has been set up.

The sudden loss of Gary also means an unexpected loss of income source and financial challenge for the family with two kids in university. If you wish to help, voluntary contribution to their education fund can be made by cheque (payable to Ms. Wei Wang), transfer of fund to the bank account at Scotia Bank (002-74062-0029785, 002 is the institution number and 74062 is the branch transit number), or cash at the funeral.

Please pass on this notice to others who might know Gary or their family. Many of Gary’s friends might not have received the notice due to the sudden tragic loss.
