      1, Think in English. To do so, you need to avoid thinking in Chinese before translating your ideas into English. Your thoughts need to be in English in the first place.

      2, Read out loud. To practise, read out loud an article each day. In about a week you will feel big improvement.

      3, Be brave and talk in English, especially during daily life at home. That's how you become comfortable with English chatting.
