A growing Chinese accounting firm specializes in corporate and personal income taxes, bookkeeping, payroll, HST and business license. With office close to Hwy7 and Hwy 404, we are seeking an experienced full time bookkeeper to join our firm.
Responsibilities:
-Recording transactions using QuickBooks
-Full cycle bookkeeping including reconciliations of multiple bank accounts and credit cards.
- Processing payroll and generating remittances for clients GST/HST filings and WSIB filings.
- Monitor overdue customer accounts and handle client requests in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
-Proficiency in Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel
- With accounting degree or diploma
- Good attention to quality, accuracy, details and deadline.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese.
