What's the time/season to grow kales? Kale is a nice and very healthy veggie too. But I am not familiar with the plant yet except for eating it.

I sowed in spring. By the time the winter comes, it must be strong enough to withstand the harsh cold. The new tops in next spring are same tasty as those from broccoli.
