Fixed-term: If you have a fixed-term tenancy,

like a one year lease, then you must give notice at least 60 days before the end of the lease. The termination date cannot be before the last day of the fixed term. If you don't give notice, the tenancy continues. 看链接

      • 租客提前搬走,房东和租客都应该尽量找到接手的租客。由于租客提前搬出,房东的空置,代理费等损失,应该由租客承担。如果租客不愿付,房东可以到小额经济法庭起诉。
        • 现在新法,租客可以在合同结束前提前搬走,只要60天通知房东
          • 如果是月租房,提前60天通知。如果签了长期的,比如一年,租客有责任付一年的租金。 +2

          • 这个说法不准确。都是60天,但含义不同。如果是fixed term,在合同结束前的60天通知房主。最后一天不得早于合同的结束日期。就是:合同怎么说,就怎么来。租客不是多付一个月,是有责任付完整个term。 +1
