一定要炒才算那就直接吃花好了:牡丹鱼片

材料:青鱼、牡丹花、竹笋、鸡蛋清、色拉油、食盐、味精、姜、水淀粉、黄酒、高汤、葱白

做法:

1、竹笋切片,牡丹花瓣、葱白、生姜切丝;

2、青鱼肉切薄片,加入黄酒、盐、水淀粉、味精拌匀,放置1小时;

3、锅中油热时,放入青鱼肉,至六分熟,立即捞出;

4、再在锅中放些许油,把葱白、姜丝煸出香气,倒入竹笋、鸡汤、盐、黄酒同炒,再加水淀粉、味精,略煮;

5、最后放入青鱼肉和牡丹花瓣丝,略翻炒即可。
