对老大的献身秀必须赞一个!这个在柔软的沙滩上做时,保持平衡且绷直身体和脚面比在硬地上难度稍大一点。以前俺也几乎天天做倒立,每次10来分钟至半小时左右,除静止倒立外还做行走倒立包括走台阶的,行走时为保持动态平衡双腿就不能绷直了,须稍向前倾斜...

运动前的热身动作中,俺得做很多组动作,倒立行走一个约30米的来回是其中之一,这可唤醒和强化手脚和身体平衡感、刺激全身血脉....

做倒立的臂力只需支撑自己的体重而已,若平时只要也练引体向上、单/双杠、俯卧撑之类的臂力不会差的,应该是臂力与平衡感缺一不可吧,光有强大的臂力,平衡感不强也一样不好控制...
