这样做的:面粉两勺用开水少许和匀,

加入50克白糖,拌匀,加入200克糯米粉,用适量温水(大概150克)搅拌均匀,软硬适度即可,放置半小时后把糯米面团分割成均匀大小的小园球,在鸡蛋清里过一下,再裹上芝麻。将0.8升油倒入小锅内大火烧至四成温度改小火,将糯米芝麻球放入油中煎至膨大,再改成大火,待表面微黄时就可捞出,放凉一些即可进食。如此反复,分几次煎好。
