2+ years of Matlab/Simulink development expertise on engineering projects.
- Expertise in mathematical and first principles modelling of control systems or equivalent course completion with a minimum grading of B.
- Knowledge of Communication Theory and Digital Signal Processing
- Knowledge of Digital Design and hands on experience with RTL design in Verilog.

- Other relevant experience that would be an asset:
o Python programming
o Data Analysis
o Programming knowledge of C
o FPGA design/test experience
o Use of EDA design tools
 Preferably hands on experience with Simulation, debugging, timing analysis and synthesis

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Optional domain knowledge and expertise
o Experience working on products for the Automotive/Industrial/Robotics sector
o Experience with embedded Display systems, MCUs or Motor Controllers
o Experience with Image processing techniques
