  • You Look Disgusting

This girl is a beauty blogger and youtubler. She posts photos of herself before and after make-up online regularly. There are always tons of overwhelming comments below her posts. She made this video called “You Look Disgusting”, showed her bare face and after-makeup face and the comments came along the way.

Haters are going to hate no matter what. They say we are disgusting when we don’t wear makeup, they say we are fake when we do. But we don’t care. Girls and women don't wear make up to please other people. They do it because they want to and they like to.

Makeup or not? It’s your own choice. Don’t let judgmental people get to you. Ugly or fake, whatever they say, we love ourselves, and we know people care about us would accept the way we choose to be.

    • If I say she’s beautiful before wearing makeup, I’m lying… but my view of your face only matters if it matters to you. It’s your personal choice whether or not to cover your acne-prone skin. +1
      • The majority of people are of average looking. However we do feel some of them are beautiful. It's because of their personality, demeanor, and soul. Makeup does not change any of them.
        • I wouldn't go that far, IMHO, this is not about how "We" feel, it's about how "They" feel about their appearance and whether or not "They" want to do something about it. +2
          • It's a sensitive topic. But guys don't really care whether women wear makeup or not. Maybe women care.
            • That's why, in general, only women wear makeup… :)
        • If your "beautiful" means a person's soul, yes.
          • A genuine smile is ten times better than any makeup.
            • picture talks

              • Sometimes picture talks; more often picture cheats. :)

You must have heard about something called Photoshop.  It's makeup on photos.

                • I don't consider photoshop pictures as "cheating" unless the author claims it's the original without editing, the same goes to women wearing makeup. +2

                    • Lol, now you can call this "cheating". :)
      • it would matter somehow in how people treat you, but yeah how you view yourself is more important
