Top chefs, cookery authors, food editors, critics and bloggers have worked together to compile a list of the greatest cookbooks of all time.

Created by 1000 Cookbooks, an app which allows users to discover and explore the best cookbooks in the world, the judging panel included over 400 industry professionals who ranked each book taking into consideration how often it is used and how influential it is.
