It's so colorful and looks very fresh. Is the bowl a half coconut shell? Coconut, mango, watermelon or dragon fruit, some berry jam, etc. Missing proteins.

I love quinoa. It's healthy and easy to cook. I usually buy the larger pack ones from Costco. Local Costco stores sell organic quinoa at a better price.

There was some quinoa. This was from a pretty fancy place, so it's quite expensive in Philippines standard. It cost 300 Philippines Pesos (CAD $7.5) for this bowl plus a cup of coffee.
