Job well done! Have you ever thought about opening a yoga studio? IMHO,

a career should be good for the well-being of yourself and other people at the same time, and yoga studio definitely serves the purpose. One of my classmates, after her many years of finance job in a Fortune 500 corporation, opened her yoga studio recently.

    • Good job! I didn't learn yoga but I know these poses are not easy to make.

      • I may help others, to help each others, or to help them improve their yoga practice, but I don't think doing it as a business is sustainable. It's a lot easier to make money as a software developer. :D

      • It seems that some of these poses are the same as the Sun Salutation B., right?
        • Yes. That move is called vinyasa.
          • Thanks!
      • Is there any relationship between Ashtanga yoga and Sun Salutation? Or, are they just two separate ones? +1
        • Ashtanga Yoga is a style; Sun salutation is a combination of moves. +1
          • I see. Thanks!

      • You scared me! What a yoga Superman! 👍👍The flexibility and strength of your tendons and joints are unimaginable for me. You not only can perform such high level movements and poses, +1
but also can hold the poses for a long time. That's really not easy. I guess most of people can't reach your current level even though they have 20 years of or even longer yoga experience. You have achieved great success on yoga.👏👏👏🎶🏅🌟

      • Totally shocked! How many series and how many parts of yoga do you have performed so far?
        • There are four series: primary, secondary, advanced 1, and advanced 2. I'm still working on primary. +1
          • Thanks for sharing! You have done an excellent job! Could I know how many hours per day in average do you take for yoga? BTW, did you do sea salt treatment for your new yoga mat before using it? +1
            • Now I spend around 2 hours per day to finish a primary series. Yoga mat treatment: never heard about that. I don't think it's necessary. Long time ago yogis practiced on very simple cotton rugs. +1
              • Thanks! 😁
              • I would say you are a well self-disciplined person and you have very strong perseverance. 👍👍
          • Wow! In my impression, you have already reached a high mountain. But there are even higher mountains beyond a high mountain! Keep up your good work!
      • I would ask you another question: beyond the benefits on physical abilities,
have you actually felt any other benefits such as on spirit and mind, etc., with your every progress on different levels of yoga? Sorry to bother you so much. Appreciate your sharing and inspiring!
        • Honest I am not aware of my own spirit or mind. I may have changed, like anyone else. I'm not able to tell what contribute to my change. +1
          • Thanks!
