Politicians wouldn't, or dare not, admit that not all cultures are right. In fact,
Certain ethnic cultures and traits are very wrong and have to be corrected. That's the ultimate way towards the solution.

Civilizations are like human. Some at just born from nothing, like a baby, some are already very developed, like a responsible adult. Babies can learn and grow to be adults, but how easy can a civilization develop quickly?
