High school part-time jobs?

In ontario high school, are you allowed to get a job in grade 9? I know you have to complete your 40 hours of volunteering, but can you have a part-time job at a extra-curricular school (for example I've seen people mark students' work at Kumon, is a 14 year old allowed to do that?)

    • Don't think it's an issue. Many kids do work like newspaper delivery. -sailor(Ocean & Mountain); 2020-3-30 (#6361@4096) +1
    • 14 yo is good enough. Ontario Law requires min of 14, unless the kid is working for their parents. -april(april); 2020-3-30 (#6363@4096) +2
