    • More than half of these shots are b&w, a bit of surprise, they seem to do a better job than the color ones to capture these decisive moments, powerful shots.

        • Yes, and I found this happens more often in portrait photos, like many of the wedding pics. Once people's face is no longer the focal point, the color should come in and show the power, e.g. #2 and the one from Novorossiysk, Russia.
