Seems Chinese are not big fans of having tattoo. One in five Canadians has tattoo, among them a tenth regret that.

I’m sure the percentage is going to be even higher as I believe one reason that people holding off getting the tattoo, is that tattoo removal is expensive, and can damage your skin.
That's a good theory. :) It sounds scary that no matter using laser or cream, the skin cells have to be killed.
