    • The video itself is a great introduction to Vinyasa yoga,

      at least it works for me, I want to be part of it immediately.  By just watching this video, I can tell this is a hell of a way to work out, a combination of challenge, intensity and flexibility, can’t wait to get started. :)

      • If you do want to start, the best way is to go to a beginners' yoga class and follow the instructor.

        You would feel a lot better doing yoga in a class with some other people.

        You will start with the same poses but probably not so "deep".  Over time you will be able to push deeper and harder.

        • Thanks for the advice, very helpful. Though not entirely a layman situation here, I will work with instructor (probably instructors) to find the pace/style that suits me the best. Keep you posted. :)
