ALWAYS, especially for shorter routes. I was forced to change my plans a few times because of the cancellations. That's frustrating. However, the in-flight services were good. Flight attendants were friendly.
I flew China Eastern a few times. The services are not consistent. I got both very good ones and pretty poor ones. Depends on your luck, I guess.
