我从十几年前开始感受冲击，讲真今年还是被吓到了。他们中午在公司一堆一堆吃饭聊天的话题就是哪里还有能买得起的房子。中国人和他们不在一个层次上，国人都是在找热点增值豪宅，而他们还在为第一个安家的房子而奋斗。所以两个族群的大多数没有市场冲突，各买各的。
