那你是挺厉害的,以前在大学俺练的项目需要做热身准备运动,几乎天天必做,对腿部肌肉/柔软性、腹肌、身体平衡、腰部力量等都有一定要求,不常练的话即使是20来岁的年轻人哪怕经常运动的一样很有难度...

运动过程中结识的人里貌似有不少类似的:小的时候身体弱或不强壮,自信心非常受挫,甚至老挨强人欺负....后来暗下决心发奋锻炼并常年坚持甚至成瘾,结果后来成为体质强者,平时走路都心态特好,自信满满...

谢谢你居然能找到个很接近的视频,但这个视频里示范者的另一个腿抬不够高,俺们是差不多水平抬起至少得过膝,另外双手是叉腰而非前伸,这样对腿部力量和平衡的要求还稍高一点....练深蹲能增强腿筋力道,但对腰身平衡还不够....
