It’s the interior design that counts. This becomes even more so when fewer people can afford a big house due to the ever-rising housing prices. I wish I could see the inside of #3 and #9, too bad.

Agree. And, both #3 and #9 are of very modern style from the exterior view. Surprised to see one in Toronto though.

Yes, in general, I think Canadian houses are quite big in size compared to many other countries, it is a bit of a surprise to see a couple of Canadian tiny houses on the list. :)

That tiny thing was actually built in 1912. The size is 300 sf. In 2008, it was placed in the market with a price tag of 180K.
