The problem I’m having with this kind of ‘health tips’ is that I’m still not getting a full picture of ‘how to eat healthy’. They can focus on low-glycemic-index food today, like this one.Tomorrow you will be stunned by reading another piece telling you ‘why whole wheat is bad for you’. I think what I need is a scientifically-verified, thorough, well summarized, and very practical guideline.
