That’s a lot of peas! I’ve heard a lot of people talking about benefits of peas, but never seriously thought about it, now it’s time to do some homework. :)

No homework required. :) BTW, all beans are from Walmart, imported from India. The price is very good.

It's in the ethnic food - Indian section. That's also like a PEA section. I'm going to try different Indian food from Walmart. :D

Thanks, I will sort this out and chase down the PEA, I might grab some Indian food too. :)

Be aware that some could be super super hot spicy. :D

Aha!
Interesting enough, when I was in India, I didn't feel the food was that hot spicy. Can you believe it?
I can relate to that, I think it has to do with the weather and the eating culture, etc., that can affect your ‘real’ sensibility.

Good point! Now I only use a little Indian spices. Get some flavour but not too strong. :)

Good idea, I will also play it by ear. :)

Thanks, you might want to add millets to your list:D

Thanks for your suggestion! I used to have millets, but later I found that its glycemic index is quite high, so I no longer have it a lot.
