The first four are rather physical exercises and the last one being a sort of mindset/medication. The obvious challenge I’m seeing is how to get all these done at the same time? Being a layman myself, I’m always impressed by the concept of Yoga, just wanted to get a better idea before jumping into something.

Either part could not be achieved at the same time, or quickly. Even the physical part, the relatively easy part, requires persistent practice. The process is long, the change is subtle, but ultimately it's beneficial.
If you like, you may simply start by trying the physical part of yoga, which is typically available in Canada.
