To City of Victoria: if you ban plastic shopping bags, how can I bag my garbage?

If you’re talking about Green bin (kitchen waste), you will probably need to buy compostable bags. For other non-recyclable garbage, I think you can just use your bin, you don’t necessarily need a bag.

A garbage bag is always necessary. Some garbage is very messy. Think about vacuum cleaner dump.
